Wayne’s career is driven by an unwavering entrepreneurial drive and visionary innovation. With a legacy spanning decades, he has achieved extraordinary success as the CEO and founder of over thirty national and international enterprises.

In 1963, Wayne embarked on a groundbreaking journey, establishing THE OMNIJET TRADING FLOOR. This pioneering venture specialized in the sale and lease of both new and preowned aircraft, distinguished by its cutting-edge innovation and advanced technologies. Under his leadership, OmniJet emerged as a global market maker and leader in Jet Aircraft Sales, serving a prestigious clientele that included Fortune 1000 companies. Wayne enjoyed and appreciated representing industry titans such as Lockheed, Israel Aircraft Industries, and Construcciones Aeronáuticas SA (CASA), now known as Airbus SE.

Those achievements not only were the subject of IBM industrial films but also garnered the attention of Forbes magazine and a multitude of other esteemed publications. OmniJet and its international subsidiaries, played a pivotal role in facilitating commercial and airline transactions worldwide, catering to heads of state, royalty, celebrities, and CEOs of leading corporations.

Beyond the realm of aviation, Wayne’s interests extended into diverse sectors such as technology, real estate, and finance. Notably, he founded “The Registry,” a national tenant screening company that harnessed mainframe computers to compile landlord-tenant data from all the county courthouses. Subsequently, this remarkable enterprise was acquired by Core Logic, a publicly-traded company at that time with a value of $7.0 billion.

Wayne’s influence also resonated within the banking sector, where he served on multiple bank boards. He also assumed the Diplomatic role of Consul General and was a representative to the OAS and Chief of Air Operations for a sovereign while making significant contributions to aviation law for various Latin American countries for CAT 3 compliance into the USA.

His presence in the real estate and landholding arena dates back to the 1960s. Presently, he serves as the CEO of Cathay Holdings, Inc., a company formed in 1977 through a transaction with the Hong Kong-based Swire Group known for its holdings in Cathay Pacific Airlines, Mandarin Hotels and other subsidiaries.

Over the years, Cathay Holdings has excelled in the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of aircraft and real estate properties on a global scale.

Wayne is also a managing member of Cathay Holdings Limited, LLC, a private partnership headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Currently, he actively seeks opportunities where Cathay’s operational expertise can enhance value through acquisitions, sales, land development, and lending.
